Moving your family across the world comes with a packing list, but nobody packs for the feelings. This morning is for the parents who feel them anyway: the expat mum who hasn't had a proper adult conversation since drop-off, the dad whose role at home quietly changed after the move, the family three weeks in and the family three years in.
Bring your coffee cravings and your honest answers. Two hours, one room, and people who get it.
What we'll talk about over the cups
The gap between the life abroad you pictured and the one you're actually living
How family roles and relationships shift after a move
Isolation and emotional wellbeing, and how to build real support around you
Small self-care practices that fit into an ordinary, busy day
It's a conversation, not a lecture. Expect lived experience, professional insight, some time to reflect on your own story, and a hands-on activity to take home.
