A loose guide, not a fixed programme
When the conversation needs direction, we have a broad starting point:
First hour: EU, Middle East and Africa
Second hour: Asia Pacific
Third hour: Thematic discussion
Expect overlaps. What participants bring may take us in a different direction.
The Chatham House Rule applies: you may use information shared, but must not reveal participants’ identities or affiliations, or attribute their comments.
Joining on Jitsi
On desktop, the host recommends Chrome; Safari also works. On Android or iOS, the Jitsi app is recommended.
Jitsi is open source. The host states that video calls are not stored on servers and that session records, including text messages, are automatically cleared when sessions close. Treat this as the host’s platform guidance, not a guarantee of confidentiality.
