奇蹟之牆 · Wall of Wonder (WOW)

An ICA historical-scan process for exploring significant events and shared experience. It offers a way for groups to look back together and consider the patterns in their collective journey.

參與型策略規劃 · Participatory Strategic Planning (PSP)

A structured approach that connects shared vision, strategic choices, and action planning—bringing participation into the work of deciding where to go next.

The course is relevant to facilitators, organizational leaders, educators, consultants, and community organizers interested in shared inquiry and participatory planning. Its focus may also resonate with practitioners in nonprofit, civic, cultural, and organizational development work.
