At 2:00 PM, name the thing you’re here to move forward. Then open your laptop and get to it—alongside people building, freelancing, studying, and working independently.
This is a Monday work session for founders, nomads, remote workers, students, and anyone tired of doing meaningful work in isolation. No polished networking routine. No discussion-only meetup. Just shared momentum with people who understand the grind.
The huddle
Each session starts with a brief huddle: share who you are, what you’re working on, and the goal you want to hit before you leave. It’s light accountability—put your intention in the room, then make progress.
The in-between
There’s no rigid agenda and no scheduled break. Manage your own time. Work quietly, take a pause when you need one, or talk through a real snag with the person nearby.
A business-model pivot. A technical roadblock. The mental drag of working solo. Conversations happen naturally here, without turning the afternoon into a pitch circle.
Ground rules
Who belongs in the trenches
Come if you want focused work time with a little peer energy around it. You do not need to be a founder, and you do not need a finished plan. Any industry or career background is welcome; students are welcome too.
When the work is done, the group may close the laptops and head out for a drink or dinner—if there’s still energy. That part is optional. The main event is making real progress together.
