Independent work can get quiet. The Trenches is where you bring the thing you need to move forward, name the goal, and work alongside people who understand the messy middle.
No forced networking. No discussion circle pretending to be productivity. Just focused work, light accountability, and room for useful conversation when it happens naturally.
Start with a Huddle. Then get to work.
Each Monday opens with a brief Huddle: share who you are, what you’re working on, and what you want to complete during the session. Put the intention out there, then settle into your own rhythm.
There’s no fixed agenda and no scheduled break. Step away when you need to. Talk through a product question, technical block, business-model pivot, marketing problem, or the mental grind of building independently when it feels useful. The rest is focused work.
If people still have energy after, laptops may close for a drink or dinner. No pressure—just a chance for the co-working crew to become actual friends.
Bring the project that needs momentum
The Trenches is for entrepreneurs, freelancers, digital nomads, remote workers, students, and anyone actively building something. Any industry or career is welcome. Come to make progress, not to pitch.
Keep the room useful
No soliciting or sales. This is co-working, not marketing.
No outside food.
Bring your own work, manage your own time, and leave space for others to do the same.
