This Taipei workshop is for anyone curious about old-school strength training that feels equal parts athletic, rhythmic, and humbling. Across three days, you’ll learn how to handle and swing Indian Clubs, the Mace-Gada, and Persian Meels — three traditional disciplines built around coordination, shoulder resilience, rotation, and full-body control.
The pace is practical and friendly: learn the mechanics, feel the weight, refine the arc, repeat. Expect clear coaching, plenty of practice time, and the occasional reminder that ancient training tools have a great sense of humor.
This is not about brute force. It’s about timing, posture, breath, and learning how to make challenging implements move smoothly instead of wrestling them across the room.
