You know the next move. But comfortable work, fuzzy direction, or building alone keeps pushing it out another week.
Hot Seat is a small, curated mastermind for founders and builders who want direct feedback on a real challenge—and one meaningful action to take next. This is a working session, not a talk and not a networking event.
Put the real thing on the table
Nick and Romain open with lessons from their own building journeys. Then each participant takes a turn in the hot seat: share your current state, your future state, and the decision, blind spot, technical problem, or gut-check you want the room to help with.
Bring slides, a document, or a demo if it helps. None are required.
The room responds to what you actually share: challenge your assumptions, surface blind spots, and offer practical input. Expect around 15–25 minutes per person, depending on turnout.
The people in the room with you
Nick is a former VP and Director at five tech startups, including three unicorns, across NYC and London. He is now building Shippingwise, an AI-powered parcel-shipping platform for e-commerce brands; the brief reports clients have saved more than $40M in the last three years.
Romain formerly worked for the French National Defense and founded Motion Live, a 3D movie production and software company. He also built a 3D online school with more than 200 students and four teachers through a YouTube channel with 22K subscribers and 2M+ views.
Bring what you are building
This is for a business, side project, or idea you want to launch. You do not need to have every answer—or even be fully stuck. You do need something real you want honest, practical feedback on.
Your RSVP response will be reviewed before your spot is confirmed.
Find the room
Bring the decision you have been circling. Put it in the hot seat.
