Each Monday begins with a quick Huddle: who you are, what you’re building, and the goal you intend to finish before 6 PM. Saying it out loud creates just enough accountability—and gives the room a chance to help when you hit a wall.

Between check-in and sign-off, the group works through the real stuff: business-model pivots, technical roadblocks, unfinished drafts, difficult decisions, and the occasional mental grind of doing too much alone.
