Working for yourself does not have to mean working alone.
The Trenches is a Monday work session for founders, nomads, remote workers, independent professionals, and students who want to make real progress with motivated people nearby. No forced networking. No polished introductions. Just shared momentum and room to get Sh*t done.
Every Monday · 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Start with a huddle
Each session opens with a brief huddle: share who you are, what you are working on, and the goal you want to hit before you leave. Put the intention out loud, then get into it.
Then, work your way
The rest of the session is self-directed coworking. There is no rigid agenda and no scheduled breaks—manage your own pace, step away when you need to, and talk when a useful conversation happens naturally.
Bring the thing that has been sitting on your list: a side project, client work, a business pivot, a technical roadblock, or the mental grind that comes with solo work. You can stay heads-down, trade ideas with someone nearby, or talk through a current struggle when it helps.
Good fit if you want
Focused work time with light accountability
Community without a networking-mixer script
A place to make progress on work that matters to you
Peers across industries and careers; students are welcome too
After the work block
If the group still has energy, laptops may close and an optional drink or dinner may follow. No pressure—just a chance to turn co-working into actual connection.
House rules
One drink or food purchase is required. Please do not bring outside food or drink.
