Here's the puzzle: how do you get a first-timer and a marathon regular to train together for 90 minutes without anyone getting left behind? HeyRunning has worked it out. Every activity is set up so the group stays together, whatever your pace or sport background. Faster runners loop back, newer runners keep moving, and everyone pushes everyone else. 🙌
What the 90 minutes look like
Warm-up jog to get the legs moving
HIIT and/or strength for the engine behind the stride
Running tips and tricks from runners who've logged more kilometres than you (for now)
Intervals, the part you'll love afterwards
Stretching, because Friday-you will be grateful
Who it's for
Anyone who runs, or wants to. If you're building toward your next marathon or a Hyrox race, this adds structure to your week. If you already train at FitFam, F45 or another gym, it's a good running-focused complement. Running in a group also makes motivation a lot easier to find.
HeyRunning is run by volunteers. Nobody's selling you anything. The goal is to have fun and get better at running, together.
