Meet at the steps, move together, leave with a few new friends — and probably a little stair-related humility.
This is a casual Wednesday night workout social at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, built for anyone who wants to get active in Taipei without the pressure of a formal gym class. Come solo, bring a friend, or show up after work and join the circle.
The session runs every Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00 PM in Taipei time. Expect a friendly group pace, simple movement, and plenty of chances to chat between rounds. No performance mode required — just comfortable workout clothes, water, and a willingness to sweat a bit.
We gather in front of the staircase at C.K.S. Memorial Hall in Zhongzheng District. Look for the Fitfam group near the steps before 7:30 PM so you can settle in before the workout starts.
A free midweek reset: fresh air, movement, and good people in one of Taipei’s most iconic public spaces.
