e) Information from Third Parties

  • LINE Login: When you sign in with LINE, we receive your LINE user ID, display name, profile picture, and email address (if you grant the email scope). We also receive your friendship status with our LINE Official Account.
  • Event organizers may import attendee lists containing names and email addresses for pre-registration purposes

  • Cubeworks / TapPay: Payment processing (credit card, LINE Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay)

  • LINE: Login authentication and messaging (if you connect your LINE account)

c) Legal Requirements

Your data is primarily stored on servers operated by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and may be processed in jurisdictions outside of Taiwan. When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards including contractual data protection clauses, encryption in transit, and compliance with Taiwan PDPA requirements for cross-border data transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records retained for 5 years per Taiwan regulations).
