You are the organizer and the seller. Miso is the platform you run your event on, and the agent that collects payment on your behalf — 代收代付. We never buy or resell your tickets: the agreement to attend is between you and your attendee.

For paid events, yes. Money settles into an organization wallet and is paid out as one balance, so before you sell your first ticket. Personal events can still take payments, but they are settled per event rather than through a wallet.
No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no minimum volume and no exclusivity. We earn only when you sell a paid ticket — see Fees.
Up to three fees apply to a paid ticket. Two are ours; one belongs to the payment provider and is passed through at cost.
Attendee service fee

Added on top of your ticket price and paid by the attendee. It does not come out of your earnings.

Online payments are handled by our payment partner. Card numbers never reach Miso's servers.
Ticket revenue matures 5 days after your event finishes, and never sooner than 5 days after the payment was captured. That window covers refunds and any venue settlement. Until then it shows as pending in your wallet.
The standard threshold is NT$10,000. Your available balance has to reach it before you can request a payout. Your organization's own threshold is shown on your .
You do. Because we act as a collection agent (代收代付), the ticket money is your revenue and never ours. The 統一發票 for a ticket is issued by you to your attendee.
Only our own commission. We issue you a business-to-business invoice for the host service fee we charged. That fee is our revenue and the only part we are taxed on.
Your own 統一發票. The order confirmation email Miso sends is a payment receipt, not a uniform invoice.
統一發票使用辦法, Article 8, Paragraph 3: where a business collects and forwards payment without taking a margin, and the voucher names the principal as the purchaser, the intermediary is exempt from issuing a uniform invoice for the pass-through amount. This is the same arrangement other Taiwanese ticketing platforms operate under.
You do. You set the refund policy shown on your event page, and you approve individual refunds. We only process what you approve. The full rules are in the .
They unwind proportionally. You give back exactly what you received for that ticket, because the host service fee and the processing fee charged on it are credited back to you at the same time. This holds for partial refunds too.
Every attendee is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Cancellation refunds are processed as a batch rather than instantly, so they take a while to work through — you can watch them complete on the event's page.
If an attendee disputes a charge with their bank, we will let you know and ask you for evidence. The disputed amount can be held against your balance until it is resolved.
If something goes wrong, we would much rather hear it from you early than from your attendees later.
Free tickets cost nothing, and cash tickets carry no Miso fees at all — cash never passes through us. Fees apply only to money we actually collect on your behalf.
Yes, and we will tell you before they do. A change only ever applies to sales made after it takes effect: the exact rates used for a sale are frozen onto that transaction, so your past earnings never move.
No. Miso does not offer 超商代收. If you need an offline option, use a cash ticket type instead.

There are six reasons the request can be refused, and the page always tells you which one applies:
Matured ticket earnings, plus any venue rental income, minus venue costs, refunds, and anything already paid out or reserved by a pending request. Every line is itemised in your wallet.
Yes, if we need to look into suspected fraud, a chargeback, or an unresolved attendee dispute. We will tell you why and what we need from you.
Not today. If we add it, it will be an opt-in paid add-on — never something that happens automatically.
Your event income is yours to declare. We do not withhold tax from payouts and we do not file on your behalf. If you are unsure how your event should be treated, speak to your accountant.
