Coming on your own? Many guests do. Hosts welcome new arrivals, introduce people and help quieter guests find a way into the conversation. Some first came as guests themselves.
Travelers, international and exchange students, working-holiday visitors, expats, newcomers, business travelers, remote workers and long-stay visitors are welcome. That includes Taiwanese locals building an international circle and people recently back from studying, working or traveling abroad.
English and Mandarin flow naturally here. This is a social for making friends, not a structured language exchange: no language tables or lessons.

Friday, from first introductions to the next stop
Start with your included drink and get to know people, with hosts helping with introductions throughout the social.
Depending on the night, a local host usually takes those who want to continue to MAJI Square in Yuanshan or DJ bars and nightlife venues in Xinyi. Keep chatting, listen to music, have another drink or dance with people you’ve already met.
Stopping after the social is completely fine. Transport, extra drinks and any later venue entry fees are at your own expense.
Your Friday essentials
Every Friday · 7:30–10:00 PM · Taipei time
NT$400 per person, including one drink: wine, beer or a non-alcoholic option. Drinking alcohol isn’t required.
Arriving as a pair? Admission stays NT$400 each. Together, you receive 2 × NT$50 drink discount tokens for additional drinks during the event.
Cash and cards accepted. Bring cash if convenient for faster check-in.
Walk-ins welcome; RSVP recommended. No Meetup account needed to RSVP on the website.

週五國際交友夜｜先聊熟，再決定要不要續攤
一個人來，也有人幫你開啟話題。Local hosts 會迎接新朋友、介紹彼此，並協助慢熟或暫時落單的人加入聊天；有些主持人也是從活動客人開始的。
歡迎獨旅旅客、國際／交換學生、研究生、打工度假者、在台外國人、剛搬來台北的朋友、商務旅客、遠距工作者及短住／長住旅客。剛從海外回台，或想拓展國際生活圈的台灣朋友，也很適合來認識人。
現場自然使用中文和英文，重點是交朋友，不是語言交換，沒有語言桌或課程。
每週五 19:30–22:00，在六張犁站附近的 Somewhere Bar 那裡，地址是 台北市大安區樂利路 30 號。
每人 NT$400，含一杯紅酒、啤酒或無酒精飲料。 兩人同行仍是每人 NT$400，另共獲得 2 張 NT$50 飲品折扣代幣，可於活動期間加點飲品使用。現金、刷卡皆可；方便的話帶現金，報到較快。建議先 RSVP，也歡迎直接到場。
22:00 後自由參加續攤。 主持人通常會視當晚情況，帶想繼續玩的朋友前往圓山 MAJI Square，或信義區 DJ 酒吧／夜生活場所。可以聽音樂、跳舞、喝一杯，或接著聊天。只參加前面的聚會也沒問題；後續交通、額外酒水及個別場所入場費需自行負擔。
Saturday instead?
The organizer also runs Saturday Solo Travelers & Expats Social + Karaoke & Darts: a more relaxed evening with darts and music downstairs, a quieter outdoor conversation area and karaoke upstairs. There’s no fixed host-led night out on Saturday, though guests can arrange their own next stop.
週六也有交友夜：一樓飛鏢、音樂與聊天，戶外區適合安靜交談，二樓可唱 Karaoke。週六沒有固定主持人帶隊續攤，想繼續玩可以和新朋友自行相約。
